If a booking or occupancy calendar (e.g. via the Motopress Hotel Booking plugin) is used on this website, personal data is processed in the context of booking or availability inquiries.

In particular, the following data may be collected:

9. Privacy Policy for the use of CalendarApp (booking calendar) on our website

Our pages integrate a plugin of the “CalendarApp” tool, operated by Tool Loft UG, Ystader Str. 17, 10437 Berlin, Germany. You can find the tool on our website at the following link: https://www.la-bordeneuve.com.

When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the CalendarApp server. ToolLoft UG thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. Your personal data (e.g. name, address, email, etc.) is only transmitted if you have voluntarily entered it yourself beforehand. This data is stored on the servers of Tool Loft UG. It is not passed on to third parties by Tool Loft UG or processed for other purposes. We retrieve the data only for the purpose of processing and managing your booking inquiry.

10. Contact via WhatsApp Business

If you contact us via WhatsApp Business, communication takes place via a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

In this process, personal data such as your phone number, communication content and metadata of the communication are processed. Please note that WhatsApp processes data independently, over which we do not have full control.

We do not receive complete payment data from the payment service providers, but only information about the payment status.
